1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EdKodr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. One person may only maintain one active account.
3. Course Access & Licensing
- Course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to access the purchased course content.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share course materials.
- We reserve the right to update course content at any time.
4. Certificates & Leaderboard
Certificates are awarded upon 100% course completion and successful project submission. Leaderboard rankings are based on points earned through legitimate course activity. Any attempt to manipulate points will result in account suspension.
5. Internship & Training Programme
Completing an eligible course grants you access to training and interview opportunities with our partner companies. EdKodr facilitates introductions but does not guarantee placement. Hiring decisions are made solely by the partner companies.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing or redistributing course content
- Using automated tools to scrape content or manipulate the leaderboard
- Harassing other students or instructors
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
7. Limitation of Liability
EdKodr provides educational content "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
